Several
Parishes and Businesses in Louisiana and the United States are Requiring the
wearing of a "face mask - ie; CHINA Corornvirus COVID-19". I along
with my wife WILL NOT wear the "government mind control mask. I have a
medical disability (issued by a Medical Doctor and the State of Louisiana Motor
Vehicle Division, COPD/Asthma, Blood Disease - Polycythemia, Secondary to Lung
Damage from Phosgene Gas Exposure from 1991 to 1998. My wife will not wear the
mask, because there IS NO Scientific or Medical Proof the "mask" is
of any use... My wife and I are retired and Love going to the L'Auberge Casino
in Baton Rouge. A couple of weeks ago, the Casino, State or Local
Government-Mandated that ALL patrons to the casino are REQUIRED to Wear a
"face mask - ie; CHINA Corornvirus COVID-19".
I
WISH PEOPLE WOULD JUST BE HONEST ABOUT THE WEARING OF THE CORONAVIRUS MASK.
You're
not wearing a mask out of some noble notion that you're doing your part in
protecting anyone from anything.
You're wearing a mask for one of two reasons:
The first is you're a sheep who is just conforming to what everyone else is
doing.
The second is, you bought the manufactured fear they sold you about the
coronavirus.
You're a scared drone perpetuating this insane notion that being brainwashed,
fearful and sacrificing freedom somehow makes you a righteous and upstanding
citizen.

LET'S DON'T FORGET THAT THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS CAN BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE
EYES BECAUSE OF A PROTEIN KNOWN AS THE “GATEWAY” INTO CELLS INSIDE THE BODY.
A
team of researchers from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine have
found that the eyes create the protein called ACE-2, making them a target for
the virus. The protein also can be found in the respiratory tract and the
lungs.
“Ocular
surface cells including conjunctiva are susceptible to infection by SARS-CoV-2,
and could, therefore, serve as a portal of entry as well as a reservoir for
person-to-person transmission of this virus,”.
The
researchers studied 10 eyes from people who did not die of COVID-19 and
discovered that ACE2 was present in all of them, including the cornea, inside
the eyelids and in the white of the eye. “Infection of ocular surface cells
could lead to the eye as being an important carrier, with ocular virus shedding
constituting a significant mechanism for infection of other individuals.” The
study suggests that if droplets from an infected person’s sneeze or cough were
to reach the eye’s tissue, the pathogen could begin infiltrating cells there.
This
may be why some COVID-19 patients have developed conjunctivitis, an
inflammation of the eye that causes it to become red and infected. Tears also
may help spread the infection. Doctors first claimed the virus could be spread
through the eyes in January, when the epicenter was still in Wuhan, China.

in diameter (Remember, The Coronavirus cell is 120 nm thick, 2.5 times smaller
than the Class N95 Respirator can remove) N99- Removes 99% of particles that
are at least 300 nm in diameter N100- Removes 99.97% of all particles that are
300 nm in diameter or larger.

air typically consists of 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen. The
extra 1% is a combination of carbon, helium, methane, argon and
hydrogen. The closer the air is to sea level, the higher the percentage of
oxygen.

When you are wearing an N95 mask you are exhaling CO2 into the mask and it is
being trapped.

you take a CO2 meter and place the sampling tube underneath the mask near your
mouth where you exhale, within a few seconds, you will get a reading of over
8000 ppm and Max out the meter within a few seconds.
The
average ambient level of CO2 in an average house or business is about 400 ppm.
The average CO2 monitor in a house or business is calibrated to disregard the
400 ppm ambient average CO2 and will ALARM once the CO2 meter has detected
about 50 to 75 ppm with a weighted daily average & within about 2 to 5
minutes if the CO2 concentration Is detected at 300 to 400 ppm.
If
the Liberal Government told you that you could get the Coronavirus via your
Anal opening & the only way to STOP THE SPREAD OF THE CHINA CORONAVIRUS WAS
TO STICK YOUR FINGER OR SOME SIMILAR DEVICE UP YOUR A$$ 24/7 until a Vaccine
was developed and approved, would you comply with the Government Mandate as you
do with the Coronavirus mask?
There
is NO AUTHORITY in the United States Constitution that Authorizes
"government" to stick a needle, force you to wear a "face mask -
ie; CHINA Corornvirus COVID-19" or track your daily movements; ie - Cell
Phone Applications Software installed by order of government entities via cell phone
manufacturers under the name of " COVID-19 Exposure Logging" on the
iPhone in the; Settings, Privacy, Health as a Secret, Clandestine or Covert
·Application, AGAINST an American Citizens Will. Anyone who states an American
Citizen has no Right to avoid these Infringements AGAINST The American
Citizens' RIGHTS, fundamentally Misunderstands The United States Constitution
NINTH AMENDMENT: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall
not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. The Federalists
contended that a bill of rights was unnecessary. They responded to those
opposing ratification of the Constitution because of the lack of a declaration
of fundamental rights by arguing that, inasmuch as it would be impossible to
list all rights, it would be dangerous to list some and thereby lend support to
the argument that government was unrestrained as to those rights not listed.
Madison adverted to this argument in presenting his proposed amendments to the
House of Representatives. It has been objected also against a bill of rights,
that, by enumerating particular exceptions to the grant of power, it would
disparage those rights which were not placed in that enumeration; and it might
follow by implication, that those rights which were not singled out, were
intended to be assigned into the hands of the General Government, and were
consequently insecure. This is one of the most plausible arguments I have ever
heard against the admission of a bill of rights into this system; but, I
conceive, that it may be guarded against. I have attempted it, as gentlemen may
see by turning to the last clause of the fourth resolution. It is clear from
its text and from Madison’s statement that the Amendment states but a rule of
construction, making clear that a Bill of Rights might not by implication be
taken to increase the powers of the national government in areas not
enumerated, and that it does not contain within itself any guarantee of a right
or a proscription of an infringement.
The
Ninth Amendment had been mentioned infrequently in decisions of the Supreme
Court until it became the subject of some exegesis by several of the Justices
in Griswold v. Connecticut. The Court in that case voided a statute prohibiting
use of contraceptives as an infringement of the right of marital privacy.
Justice Douglas, writing for the Court, asserted that the specific guarantees
in the Bill of Rights have penumbras, formed by emanations from those
guarantees that help give them life and substance. Thus, although privacy is
not mentioned in the Constitution, it is one of the values served and protected
by the First Amendment through its protection of associational rights, and by
the Third, the Fourth, and the Fifth Amendments as well. The Justice recurred
to the text of the Ninth Amendment, apparently to support the thought that
these penumbral rights are protected by one Amendment or a complex of
Amendments despite the absence of a specific reference. Justice Goldberg,
concurring, devoted several pages to the Amendment.
The language and history of the Ninth Amendment reveal that the Framers of the
Constitution believed that there are additional fundamental rights, protected
from governmental infringement, which exist alongside those fundamental rights
specifically mentioned in the first eight constitutional amendments. . . . To
hold that a right so basic and fundamental and so deep-rooted in our society as
the right of privacy in marriage may be infringed because that right is not
guaranteed in so many words by the first eight amendments to the Constitution
is to ignore the Ninth Amendment and to give it no effect whatsoever. Moreover,
a judicial construction that this fundamental right is not protected by the
Constitution because it is not mentioned in explicit terms by one of the first
eight amendments or elsewhere in the Constitution would violate the Ninth
Amendment. . . . Nor do I mean to state that the Ninth Amendment constitutes an
independent source of right protected from infringement by either the States or
the Federal Government. Rather, the Ninth Amendment shows a belief of the
Constitution’s authors that fundamental rights exist that are not expressly
enumerated in the first eight amendments and an intent that the list of rights
included there not be deemed exhaustive.
Therefore, although neither Douglas’ nor Goldberg’s opinion sought to make the
Ninth Amendment a substantive source of constitutional guarantees, both read it
as indicating a function of the courts to interpose a veto over legislative and
executive efforts to abridge other fundamental rights. Both opinions seemed to
concur that the fundamental right claimed and upheld was derivative of several
express rights and, in this case, really, the Ninth Amendment added almost
nothing to the argument. But, if there is a claim of a fundamental right that
cannot reasonably be derived from one of the provisions of the Bill of Rights,
even with the Ninth Amendment, how is the Court to determine, first, that it is
fundamental, and second, that it is protected from abridgment?
Confined
Space Standard, 29 CFR 1910.146, Paragraph (d)(2)(iii) of the Respiratory
Protection Standard considers any atmosphere with an oxygen level below 19.5
percent to be oxygen-deficient and immediately dangerous to life or health. To
ensure that employees have a reliable source of air with an oxygen content of
at least 19.5 percent, paragraphs (d)(2)(i)(A) and (d)(2)(i)(B) of the
Respiratory Protection Standard require employers working under
oxygen-deficient conditions to provide their employees with a self-contained
breathing apparatus or a combination full-facepiece pressure-demand
supplied-air respirator with auxiliary self-contained air supply. In the
preamble to the final Respiratory Protection Standard, OSHA discussed
extensively its rationale for requiring that employees breathe air consisting
of at least 19.5 percent oxygen. The following excerpt, taken from the preamble,
explains the basis for this requirement:
Human beings must breathe oxygen . . . to survive, and begin to suffer adverse
health effects when the oxygen level of their breathing air drops below [19.5
percent oxygen]. Below 19.5 percent oxygen . . . , air is considered
oxygen-deficient. At concentrations of 16 to 19.5 percent, workers engaged in
any form of exertion can rapidly become symptomatic as their tissues fail to
obtain the oxygen necessary to function properly (Rom, W., Environmental and
Occupational Medicine, 2nd ed.; Little, Brown; Boston, 1992). Increased
breathing rates, accelerated heartbeat, and impaired thinking or coordination
occur more quickly in an oxygen-deficient environment. Even a momentary loss of
coordination may be devastating to a worker if it occurs while the worker is
performing a potentially dangerous activity, such as climbing a ladder.
Concentrations of 12 to 16 percent oxygen cause tachypnea (increased breathing
rates), tachycardia (accelerated heartbeat), and impaired attention, thinking,
and coordination (e.g., Ex. 25-4), even in people who are resting.
Nancy Pelosi on Sunday June 28, 2020 said that a federal mandate on wearing
masks is “long overdue” as the country experiences a surge in coronavirus
cases.
Pelosi said that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended the
use of masks to reduce the spread of the virus but never mandated it as to “not
offend” President Donald Trump, who has consistently refused to wear a mask.
