COVID-19 TRACKER or called "COVID-19 Exposure Logging"

I have an iPhone 11 MAX Plus Cell Phone. Last week the iPhone was having issues Like it was updating every day. I found out our United States Government was infecting our Cell Phones with a COVID-19 TRACKER or called "COVID-19 Exposure Logging" TO OUR CELL PHONES... If you have an iPhone, go to; Settings, Privacy (on the same page, about the third box), select Privacy and then select Health, you will see the  "COVID-19 Exposure Logging"  at the top of your screen. My tracker is toggled off at the present, but I AM SURE if the Government secretly installed the software, they can activate the tracker anytime they wish, especially once Bill Gates, Liberal Democrats and the Uber Rich who have TENS to HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of DOLLARS INVESTED in this Man Made Virus have developed a Coronavirus "Vaccine", THAT EVERY AMERICAN WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE INJECTED BY A SYRINGE THAT WILL ALSO INJECT A MICRO RFID CHIP (https://thefutureofthings.com/3221-hitachi-develops-worlds-smallest-rfid-chip/) TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR LOCATION, YOUR BODY VIDALS; SUCH AS BODY TEMPERATURE, RESPIRATION, COUGHING AND MANY OTHER DATA TRACKING INFORMATION.  If you have an Android the  "COVID-19 Exposure Logging"  is loaded on your phone, but you will have to search for it.
